If you would prefer to hand a physical voucher to the giftee, or delay the voucher receival, we recommend using your own email address in place of the recipient address.

Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase - and redeemable at Bath, Bristol or Wells.

- Our gift vouchers are digital and valid for 12 months from purchase.
- We highly recommend booking in advance, please notify the team of the voucher when making a reservation.
- This voucher features a unique code, which must be shown on redemption.
- Our vouchers are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Any amount unused will remain on the voucher with its unique code.
